Accessibility Statement

At Yorkshire Building Society, we are committed to offering accessibility to all our customers.

Web Accessibility

Yorkshire Building Society recognises the importance of providing a Web site that can be used by the widest possible audience in a variety of ways. Building a Web site which is accessible by everyone is our ongoing commitment.

To achieve this, we have implemented a number of web accessibility features to comply with W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, level A.

Branch Accessibility

We regularly review the design and layout of our branches and where planning permission allows we improve access to make it as easy as possible. Our branch staff are informed and sensitive to disability issues, and services include hearing induction loops, magnifiers, passbook identification stickers in Braille. Visit Branch accessibility page for more details.
